The remaining 50% non-refundable balance will be charged between 24 June and 16 July 2014 to the same credit card, unless the GG9 Housing Bureau is notified of a new credit card to be used before 24 June 2014. Taxes are included in the rate.

Roommates: The reservation process and payment is by bed/person, not by room.

If a participant has a roommate, his/her roommate must also reserve a bed and make the 50% deposit. When making the bed reservation, please be sure to list the person that is to be your roommate in the “Roommate Name/Requests” box on the online booking form. If a participant does not have a roommate, he/she may be assigned a roommate by the GG9 Housing Bureau.
