"How-To" Flash Seats
Flash Seats is an alternative to paper tickets. They load directly onto an electronic ID, which then serves as your method of entry into the event. Some of the GG9 events (Opening Ceremony) will be using Flash Seats as the selected ticket method. At the moment of purchase, Flash Seats loads your tickets onto the credit card used at the point of sale; thus, said credit card becomes your ticket. Tickets will not show up in your flash seat account until July 1st.
Need to transfer seats to guests? See the following info below:
Step 1: Register - Create a Flash Seats Account via www.flashseats.com
Step 2: Click Tickets and find the tickets you want to transfer.
Step 3: In the Action column, click the Transfer button. A page will appear showing you the details of the event.
Step 4: In the which tickets do you want to transfer section, click each of the tickets you want to transfer. If you want to transfer all of your tickets, click the select all link
Step 5: In the to whom do you want to transfer these tickets section, enter the following info for the person you want to send the tickets to:
First name, last name, email, message to recipient, recipient’s phone number
Step 6: After you enter the necessary information, click the Preview ‘Flash Transfer’ button. A page appears, summarizing the details of the event and to whom you’re transferring the tickets. Click the Confirm Transfer button. A page will appear telling you the tickets have been transferred.
