Representatives from interested venues or event planning companies who are interested in hosting an official Gay Games 9 entertainment event (other than the parties identified in the RFP) should submit the following to Culture Manager Tom Pike at tpike@GG9CLE.com.

Please include "ENTERTAINMENT LICENSING" in subject line. In text, please:

  • Describe the party or entertainment event (including title if applicable)
  • List the planned date and location
  • Include proposed license bid amount
  • Include contact information (submitter's name, organization, address, email and phone)

Supplies and the 2014 Gay Games Supplier Diversity Program

The 2014 Gay Games presented by the Cleveland Foundation understands the power of the Games to drive economic development. Our goal is to bring contract and vendor opportunities to LGBT-owned and certified businesses, Northeast Ohio and Ohio-based businesses, and other minority-owned businesses. This supplier diversity strategy is based on the idea that organizations should use suppliers that represent the diversity of the communities they serve. All potential suppliers are welcome to submit interest inquiries. All suppliers will be evaluated based on ability to perform, experience, price and responsiveness. Gay Games will base all decisions on the totality of the factors and considerations.

If you are interested in supplying products and/or services for the 2014 Gay Games, please submit your interest to Esha Hand, operations director, using this email form. If you have questions, please contact Esha using that form as well.

The following are potential needs for the 2014 Gay Games broken into facility, food and beverage, operations and production categories. Additional categories and items will be posted as needs developed.
