Special Opportunity: The YearOUT Celebration Host Committee
The YearOUT Celebration on August 9, 2013, is being organized to have a significant impact on Gay Games fundraising. As such, a special Host Committee has been formed. Bill Edwards & Ron Bailey, founding members of the Gay Games' Tom Waddell Society and the most significant individual donors to date, have agreed to lead the Host Committee.
Ron and Bill also have graciously invited all Host Committee members to an exclusive cocktail party and sit-down dinner at their beautiful home in Hunting Valley at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, July 27.
The evening will include:
- valet parking
- cocktail party w/passed hors d'oeuvres on stone terrace and inside the house with amazing art and photography
- sit-down dinner under a tent just off the house, facing the beautiful private lake, complete with several swans
- menu & catering by Culinary Occasions, Chef Bob Sferra
- entertainment
- ticket to the YearOUT event on August 9, 2013, at the Terrace Club at Progressive Field
- recognition as a member of the Host Committee in all digital and print recognition of YearOUT support.
Cost: $325 per person or $625 per 2 people (listed as a couple on Host Committee materials)
*For people who who can’t/don't want to attend the August 9 event, take $50 off the cost of the Host Committee (per person).
All special Host Committee evening costs will be underwritten by our hosts, Bill and Ron, so every dollar raised goes to the 2014 Gay Games.
